'''A-wing''' is an Alliance starfighter in ''[[Star Wars: Rebellion]]''. The in-game encyclopedia describes the A-wing as a light, very fast and agile starfighter. It has twin wing-mounted blaster cannons, a large sensor package and light shielding. This makes it a good choice for hit-and-run missions. It was built as the Alliance's answer to the newer, faster TIE models.<ref name="ency" />
