Tython is a world in the Deep Core sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Corellia in the original game.[2]
Details
The patch lists its geology as planet, temperate, forests, grasslands and mountains. Its species are listed as Flesh Raider (native) and .... Its economy is listed as -. It sits at grid reference L-10 and has 0 hyperlanes.[1]
History
Tython retains its importance as an old and mystical world tied to where the Force began. The ruins of old temples there, and the planet's long history, drew scholars as well as individuals sensitive to the Force. Because Tython is remote and mysterious, the larger galactic war largely bypassed it, and the remnants of its past were left in peace. The Death Star's destruction changed much about the galaxy, yet Tython continued as a symbolic stronghold of the Force's earliest heritage and a lasting testament to its history.[1]
