Talus is a world in the Core Worlds South sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Palanhi in the original game.[2]
Details
The patch lists its geology as planet, temperate, forests, mountains, grassy plains, mud flats and seas. Its species are listed as Human, Selonian, Drall, Aqualish, Devaronian, Twi'lek, Sullustan, Bith, Quarren and Nikto. Its economy is listed as high tech, medicinal goods, food, metals and minerals. It sits at grid reference M-11 and has 3 hyperlanes.[1]
History
Talus is a calm, peaceful planet noted for scenic landscapes and varied wildlife. It belongs to the Corellian system, where Tralus, its sister planet, shares its orbit. Its population mixed native species with settlers who came from elsewhere, and they lived together amicably and relied on farming and eco-tourism. In spite of the war pitting the Empire against the Rebel Alliance, Talus stayed mostly uninvolved and kept a self-sufficient, cooperative society. Its idyllic setting and modest way of life attracted visitors from all over the galaxy in search of peace and natural beauty.[1]
