Skako Minor is a world in the Core Worlds North sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Bortras in the original game.[2]
Details
The patch lists its geology as planet, temperate, canyons, caverns, craters, fungal forests and mountains. Its species are listed as Poletec (native) and Skakoan. Its economy is listed as -. It sits at grid reference L-9 and has 2 hyperlanes.[1]
History
Skako Minor continues to prosper as home to the Techno Union, a group noted for engineering and manufacturing skill. That group lost influence after the Clone Wars, yet the planet's skilled labor force stayed in demand. Skako Minor kept some independence and was shielded from the broad war that involved the Rebel Alliance and the Empire. Its people went on developing and improving their technology, and their isolation let them keep their own culture and customs peacefully, free from the larger galactic fight.[1]
