Manaan is a world in the Inner Rim sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Sullust in the original game.[2]

Details

The patch lists its geology as planet, temperate, oceans and islands. Its species are listed as Selkath (native), Aqualish, Gamorrean, Gran, Human, Ithorian, Nikto, Rodian, Twi'lek and Rakata. Its economy is listed as building materials, food, tech, clothing, kolto, seafood and tourism. It sits at grid reference O-11 and has 0 hyperlanes.[1]

History

Manaan keeps its position as a neutral world, profiting from its command of the precious medicinal substance kolto. The Selkath, who govern the planet, kept selling and distributing kolto to different factions across the galaxy, which brought in large revenue and let them stay neutral. Even during the war, Manaan's leaders concentrated on protecting their sovereignty, rigorously upholding neutrality and guarding their resource against outside threats. Its special position left the world mostly spared from the wider galaxy's troubles and made it a refuge for people fleeing the disorder.[1]
