Lwhekk is a world in the Unknown Regions sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Dathomir in the original game.[2]
Details
The patch lists its geology as planet, hot, cities, jungles, oceans and volcanoes. Its species are listed as Ssi-ruuk (native) and P'w'eck (native). Its economy is listed as energy, ksaa and fft. It sits at grid reference C-16 and has 0 hyperlanes.[1]
History
Lwhekk remains mostly unaffected by the turmoil elsewhere in the galaxy. The Ssi-ruuvi, who are the planet's main inhabitants, held to an isolationist policy aimed at protecting their distinct culture and keeping outside influence away. Their elaborate entechment process, through which the Ssi-ruuvi take in the life energy of other beings, stayed at the core of their way of life. As a result Lwhekk played no major part in the larger conflict, since its people wanted to stay cut off from the wider galaxy. This seclusion, though, only added to the mystery around the planet and its people.[1]
