Onderon is a world in the Crossroads sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Kabal in the original game.[2]
Details
The patch lists its geology as planet, temperate, jungle and urban. Its species are listed as Bivali, Human, Ithorian, Togruta and Twi'lek. Its economy is listed as high tech and weapons. It sits at grid reference O-9 and has 2 hyperlanes.[1]
History
Onderon is going through upheaval and transformation. Onderon had long been split, with Iziz, a city of advanced technology, on one side and fiercely independent tribes living in the surrounding wilderness on the other. Once the Death Star was destroyed, the effect on Onderon's politics became clear as feeling against the Empire grew. Sympathizers for the Rebel Alliance emerged among the population, which nurtured a climate of resistance. Amid the unrest, Onderon's long history, reaching back to ancient times when it served as a Sith stronghold, continued to intrigue scholars and adventurers.[1]
