Rishi is a world in the Bothan Space sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Bakura in the original game.[2]

Details

The patch lists its geology as planet, hot, mountains, swamps and jungle. Its species are listed as Rishii (native), Human, Galandan, Twi'lek and Zabrak. Its economy is listed as exonium, food, fuel, tech, minerals, missionaries and ores. It sits at grid reference S-15 and has 2 hyperlanes.[1]

History

Rishi continues as a significant outpost located along an important hyperspace route. For that reason it remained a strategic site for several factions, including Imperial remnants and the emerging Rebel Alliance. Being close to the Outer Rim Territories, it was a preferred stop for smugglers, pirates, and similar outlaw groups hiding out or engaged in illegal activity. The outpost's value led to occasional skirmishes and power struggles among factions among factions, though Rishi held its position as an important navigation point for travelers crossing the region.[1]
