Luke Skywalker is an Alliance major character in Star Wars: Rebellion. The in-game encyclopedia says Luke grew up on a Tatooine farm and is now studying the Force as a Jedi in training. Skywalker is a skilled, daring pilot, and he is credited with destroying the first Death Star. As his Force abilities develop, he has become hugely valuable to the Rebellion.[1]
In the game
Luke Skywalker can serve as an admiral, a general or a commander. The game data marks Luke Skywalker as unable to betray the Alliance. It also lists Luke Skywalker as a Jedi trainer. The infobox values come from the game data.[2] The 25th Anniversary patch does not change them.[3]
Luke starts the game on Yavin as a core Alliance character.[4] He begins as a Trainee and later goes off alone to Dagobah to train with Yoda.[5] If he learns his heritage after meeting Darth Vader, a Final Battle with the Emperor can follow.[6] To win, the Empire player must capture and hold both him and Mon Mothma.[7]
