The Assassination mission is an Empire-only mission in Star Wars: Rebellion that injures or kills an Alliance character.[1]

Targets and participants

The target is a single Alliance character on an enemy fleet or system. The target cannot be in hyperspace or captured.[2] The combat ratings of the characters and special forces assigned count.[1]

Result

Primary characters such as Luke Skywalker cannot be killed this way, but injuring them makes capture easier.[2] An assassinated character is dead, while an injured one cannot go on missions and is especially vulnerable to capture.[3]
