History

Hosnian Prime begins to gain prominence in the galaxy. Late in the Galactic Republic's existence it housed a factory complex operated by Czerka Arms, a weapons maker that also practiced slavery. After the empire took power, the planet's surgeon consul, Plas Lelkot, concealed refugees inside his own chateau. Because he backed the Rebel Alliance, he was jailed in Ashmead's Lock, a grim prison located on Kashyyyk.^[1]
