Mirial is a world in the Sith Worlds sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Kashyyyk in the original game.[2]

Details

The patch lists its geology as planet, cold, dry and deserts. Its species are listed as Mirialan (native). Its economy is listed as -. It sits at grid reference Q-4 and has 2 hyperlanes.[1]

History

Mirial is living through a time of guarded hope. The Empire had controlled the planet, but the Death Star's destruction suggested a possible change in the direction of the galactic struggle. The people of Mirial, noted for mysticism and spiritual traditions, quietly backed the Rebel Alliance and offered help and shelter to those escaping Imperial oppression. Major battles did not center on the planet, but its inhabitants were an essential part of the hidden support network for the growing rebellion. In this era Mirial was a fairly peaceful and loyal ally in the struggle against the Empire.[1]
