The Recruitment mission is a mission in Star Wars: Rebellion that brings a minor character over to the sending side.[1]

Targets and participants

It can go to any friendly system, and how well it works partly depends on how strongly that system supports the sending side.[2] Only a major character can carry it out.[2][1]

Result

A success adds a new minor character, and repeating the mission on one system can recruit several.[2] The manual notes that a player starts with about seven characters and can recruit more as the game goes on.[3] In the manual's mission table the attribute listed for it is Leadership.[2]
