Rakata Prime is a world in the Deep Core sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Talus in the original game.[2]

Details

The patch lists its geology as planet, tropical, oceans, tropical islands and rocky outcroppings. Its species are listed as Rakata (native). Its economy is listed as slaves, treasures, warships, tech and manufactured goods. It sits at grid reference G-11 and has 0 hyperlanes.[1]

History

The history of Rakata Prime is still largely a mystery. It was once the heart of a mighty ancient civilization called the Infinite Empire, and the site had been in ruins for a long time. Its obscure past drew archaeologists and treasure hunters hoping to find forgotten technology or artifacts of great power. What the Infinite Empire left behind, advanced technology included, kept fascinating scholars and explorers. As major events played out elsewhere in the galaxy, Rakata Prime stood as evidence of how greatness and ruin can both arise in the universe.[1]
