The seat of power effect is an Imperial bonus in Star Wars: Rebellion tied to the location of Emperor Palpatine.[1]

Conditions and result

The manual states that all Imperial characters in the galaxy receive a leadership bonus when all of these hold:[1]

  • the Emperor is on Coruscant itself, not on a fleet at Coruscant;
  • the Emperor is not captured;
  • Coruscant is under Imperial control.
