History
Corsin went through a turbulent time. The Galactic Empire sent troops to crush dissent and restore order, which produced a string of clashes with local resistance groups opposed to its oppressive regime. During these years the world turned into a focal point where various factions formed alliances. Its strategic value drew interest from the Empire as well as the young Rebel Alliance, and the fight for control sharpened. Even so, the inhabitants showed notable resilience and adaptability, and their resourcefulness carried them through hardship while contributing greatly to the effort against the Empire. After the Death Star was destroyed, Corsin's story remained one of conflict, endurance, and resolve to resist tyranny.[1]
