History

Honoghr is controlled by the Galactic Empire. The planet was devastated by an ecological catastrophe that a crashed starship caused, and the Empire offered help in return for loyalty. The native Noghri consequently became trained killers who served the Empire as enforcers, mostly under Grand Admiral Thrawn. The Noghri did not know that the Empire was quietly keeping the environmental crisis going in order to hold them.^[1]
