History
Jaemus continues as a major manufacturing center. Throughout the Galactic Civil War its industry attracted strong interest from the Empire as well as the Alliance. The Empire in particular wanted its production facilities to turn out weapons, ships, and further military assets for its war machine. Though the world was contested ground, its people carried on and adjusted to the shifting political order. Both sides kept it as a key objective, and its industrial strength influenced how the war went.[1]
