Kuat is a world in the Colonies sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.^[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Ketaris in the original game.^[2]

History

Kuat grows far more important as a hub for building ships and manufacturing. It is the home of the famous Kuat Drive Yards and had a critical role in constructing many kinds of vessels, including some for the Empire. As the Imperial appetite for fresh warships and supplies grew, output from the planet's production facilities jumped. Its strategic worth rose with it, which turned Kuat into a prime target for Imperial forces defending their interests and for the Rebellion trying to cripple the Imperial war effort.^[1]
