History
Makeb remains comparatively unharmed by the unfolding events. Its people concentrated on preserving independence and neutrality and built a flourishing society. Advanced technology, especially in medicine and engineering, helped the planet build a strong, self-sustaining infrastructure. Makeb therefore kept rising as a center of commerce and learning and drew interest from various factions. Although war raged across the galaxy, its citizens chose to stay impartial and mind their own business, which secured their world's stability and prosperity.[1]
