Nubia is a world in the Core Worlds South sector of the 25th Anniversary Community Patch for Star Wars: Rebellion.[1] In the patch it fills the map slot that holds Berchest in the original game.[2]
Details
The patch lists its geology as planet, temperate and urban. Its species are listed as Aqualish, Human, Ithorian, Miraluka, Mon Calamari, Nikto, Rodian and .... Its economy is listed as low tech, food, ore, starship parts and astromech droids. It sits at grid reference M-11 and has 4 hyperlanes.[1]
History
Nubia's place in the galaxy shifts. A prominent shipbuilding center, its yards had for a long time delivered vessels across the galaxy, the Galactic Empire included. After the Empire's major setback, Nubia redirected its efforts toward supplying the expanding Rebel Alliance with high-quality, advanced starships. The yards became essential to equipping the Alliance with dependable ships, which allowed the Rebellion to press forward against Imperial forces. In spite of the danger, Nubia stayed devoted to the fight for freedom while carefully steering through a tangled political situation.[1]
