History
Raxus is still an influential planet with a rich political past. Before the Empire subdued it, the world had served as the Confederacy of Independent Systems' capital, and the Empire stationed a large military force there to hold it. Imperial-aligned officials replaced the planet's leaders, and the people lived under tight surveillance and control. Under that harsh rule, discontent simmered below the surface and rumors of rebellion spread among the populace. The capital's handsome architecture and green gardens masked the tension and conflict that persisted on Raxus at this time.[1]
